Drinking responsibly is understanding when youร•ve had enough. The 0-1-3 responsible drinking educational campaign, recently adopted at Ellsworth Air Force Base, S.D, provides a healthier guideline when consuming alcohol consumption. The campaignร•s concept consists of a commitment to zero alcohol-related incidents, having no more than one drink per hour and having no more than three drinks per day. Start exercising

One of the best ways to stop habitual drinking is to start exercising. Exercise has the same effect on the brain as alcohol. When you exercise, your brain triggers the release of feel-good hormones, just like alcohol does. Thatโ€™s why making exercise a part of your daily routine is a huge step towards living an alcohol-free life. To help you stick to the routine until it becomes a habit, try and join a group of people who love exercise. For instance, if there are neighbors that you know jog daily in the morning, try and befriend them. Then join them every day for the routine

If you follow the above steps, you should be in a position to overcome habit drinking and avoid the risk of becoming an alcohol addict.
