Hey my friends as we are growing older your hair become older too i.e your hair follicles tend to slow down its ability to produce melanin and this causes the hair to turn white or grey. it is a completely normal for aged people but you know the most of us hate this and always we are in a look for a good solution for our our grey hair. The best and pretty fast solution for many people is to dye their hair. but my friends there are also a few other clever ways and solution that are a bit more naturally, or just simply have the same effect and maybe you will like to know. Take a look below. Enjoy!
Onion Juice Mixed With Lemon Juice
How to prepare:
Peel the onions and chop them into small pieces.
Squeeze the juice out. To extract the juice, you can use a food processor, a blender, a grater or a juicer.
Massage the juice into your scalp or cover the bald patches and Leave on for at least 15 minutes (longer if you can tolerate the smell) and then wash out using a mild shampoo.
Onion juice is rich in the enzyme catalase and has been used for centuries as a topical treatment and home remedy for grey hair.
Increase Vitamin Intake
Hair follicles are not able to produce the normal amount of melanin because your body lacks Vitamin B12. You need to increase your intake of vitamin A and B in your diet so that your hair can produce more melanin.
The best way to do this is to take a food rich in vitamin A and B. For example banana, cauliflower, tomato, yogurt and cereals are sources of vitamin B.
