Baking Soda Feet Soak

Aspirin Or Andol Tablets
For this effective remedy you will need 10 aspirin or 10 andol tablets and crush them into powder. Then cover the powder in rubbing alcohol and let it sit for 1-2 days. Get a cotton pad, soak it in the mixture and put it on your heel. Wrap a plastic foil around it and put on a sock. Leave it overnight and rinse it off in the morning. Apply a greasy cream afterwards. DIY Cracked Heel Cream
The ingredients that you will need for this cream are coconut oil, shea butter, lavender essential oil and tea tree essential oil. Put the shea butter and the coconut oil in a pot to melt, remove it from the heat and let it cool a bit before you add the essential oils. Stir them well and transfer the mixture in a glass jar. Place the jar in the fridge to keep the cream solid.
